Privacy Policy
Effective August 31, 2026
Scope
This policy explains how Mobile Fusion collects, uses, stores and shares information when you use our website or ask us to provide a repair, technical service or retail service.
Information we collect
Depending on the service, we may collect your name and contact details, device make and model, serial number or IMEI, repair symptoms and service history, appointment and quote information, invoices, payments, communications, and information needed for warranty or after-service support.
If you voluntarily provide a device unlock credential for testing, access is restricted to the repair team and the credential is removed when the repair is completed. It is not shown on invoices, repair-tracking pages or routine communications.
How we use information
We use information to provide requested repairs and services, prepare quotes and invoices, send repair updates, manage appointments, verify payments, provide warranty support, prevent fraud or duplicate transactions, maintain business records, improve our services, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
Payment processing
Card payments are processed through Clover. Payment amounts and limited transaction information may be exchanged as needed to process, verify, refund and reconcile a payment.
Mobile Fusion does not store full payment card numbers, card security codes or magnetic-stripe data. Card entry and sensitive card information are handled by Clover.
Companies that help us provide services
We may use trusted companies for hosting, communications, payment processing, accounting and related business services. We provide only the information reasonably needed for those services, and those companies are responsible for handling it under their own privacy obligations.
Repair tracking and communications
Repair tracking requires a ticket number and matching customer contact information. It does not show private technician notes, supplier costs, device unlock credentials or sensitive payment information. We may use SMS or email for important service updates; marketing messages are handled separately where applicable.
Retention and security
We keep business, repair and transaction records as reasonably necessary for service history, warranty, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Sensitive temporary information is kept for a shorter period where practical. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards to protect personal information.
Access, correction and questions
You may contact Mobile Fusion to ask about your personal information or request a correction, subject to record-retention and legal requirements. Email info@mobilefusion.ca, call 250-417-1325, or visit 11B 14th Avenue South, Cranbrook, British Columbia V1C 2W9, Canada.
Changes
We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
