Mobile Fusion isn’t your average cellphone repair shop. We are experienced technicians who know how important your devices are to your work and daily life. Our team is committed to getting your device repaired with efficiency, quality and integrity. Our team come with certifications, such as CompTIA A and Windows 10 MCSA. We have almost 15 years of combined hands-on experience with a variety of device repairs, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and game consoles.
Si-Mun Tang
Owner / Lead TechnicianA passionate entrepreneur, Si-Mun Tang founded Mobile Fusion (formerly known as eTech) in 2017 after seeing there was a need for quality smartphone repairs in Cranbrook. Having a strong professional background in I.T. and a mechanical mindset for electronic repairs, Si-Mun quickly expanded his business to serving the East Kootenay. He works with both our individual and corporate clients, providing trusted device repairs and I.T. network support. By no means a tech shut-in, Si-Mun enjoys interacting with his clients to answer questions and provide them with the best customer service experience – and when he’s not behind a screen he enjoys snowboarding in the winter and playing tennis in the summer.
Quinten Powell
TechnicianWith multiple years of experience in computer hardware, Quinten Powell is a key asset to the Mobile Fusion team. Committed to providing quality repairs, Quinten can troubleshoot your most challenging mobile device issues and is constantly enhancing his skillset in smartphone and other mobile device repairs. Away from the shop Quinten applies his technical knowledge to working on vehicles. He also enjoys tinkering with computers and playing video games.
